EXCHANGE AND RETURN
How do I return or exchange a product?
You can make a return within 14 days after receiving the order. Please ensure that the items are in brand-new condition with their original tags, labels, and packaging intact. If there are any defects, kindly provide a description along with photos of the issue.
If your country requires customs duties, please pay the customs fees in advance to prevent the package from being held upon arrival. We are unable to pay customs fees upon receipt, so any package requiring payment will be refused and returned to the sender.

How will I receive a refund?
The value of the goods will be refunded to your chosen payment method within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
